My Sex Will Do No Harm

When I have bad sex… not “if” but 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣... I will course correct

I won’t go behind their back and talk about how awful it was
I won’t name them in a FB post and shame them in public

I will tell my therapist — in confidence
I will share it with my BFF — in confidence
I will own MY PART in the SHARED experience

I am a safe woman
I will do no harm to myself or to you
Because I said so

My word is my bond
My word is over my wants

I take 100% responsibility for my experiences
When there’s an issue… not “if” but 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣... I will process my emotions
I will move my energy
I will be a clearing in which we can actually create a new from, not drag the past into the present

My protection comes from deep within
My integrity is what I get to live with, every day
